Terms & Conditions

By placing an order with Likha Bakehouse, you agree to the following terms.

1. Orders & Payment

Likha Bakehouse operates on a weekly pre-order basis.

Orders open Tuesday at 6PM and close Friday at 12PM, or earlier if sold out. Once orders close, we finalise quantities and production based on confirmed orders so we can prepare the correct number of cookies for the scheduled pickup.

Orders are only confirmed once full payment has been received. For any approved order changes requiring a new invoice, payment must be made within 24 hours of the new invoice being issued. If payment is not received within this time, the revised order may be cancelled.

2. Order Changes & Cancellations

If you need to cancel or change your order, please contact us at least 48 hours before your scheduled pickup time.

• 48 hours or more before pickup: Change-of-mind cancellations and amendments can be accommodated where possible.

• Within 48 hours of pickup: Change-of-mind cancellations or amendments cannot be accepted, as your order will have already been included in our production planning.

Flavour changes within the same cookie collection — Artisan or Mini Collection — can be made at no additional cost, subject to availability.

If you wish to change your box selection or switch between the Artisan and Mini Collections, we will cancel the existing order and issue a new invoice based on your selected box and flavours. Any price difference will be applied to the new order.

3. Pickup & No-Shows

Orders are available for pickup during the scheduled pickup window shown at checkout or in your order confirmation.

A reminder SMS will be sent on pickup day. If your order has not been collected, we may send a further SMS before or near the end of the pickup window.

If we do not receive a response or arrange an alternative collection, the order will be considered forfeited 48 hours after the scheduled pickup day.

As our cookies are freshly baked specifically for each week's confirmed orders, uncollected orders are not eligible for a change-of-mind refund or rescheduling after this period.

4. Refunds & Product Issues

We do not offer refunds for change of mind where the applicable cancellation period has passed.

If there is an issue with your order, such as an incorrect item, damage or a genuine product quality concern, please contact us as soon as possible after pickup, with your order details and photos where applicable.

We will review the issue and provide an appropriate remedy where required.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes, restricts or modifies your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

5. Allergens & Dietary Requirements

Our cookies are made in a home kitchen where various ingredients, including common allergens, are handled.

Allergen information is provided with our products and/or on request. Please review the ingredient and allergen information before ordering and contact us if you have an allergy or dietary concern.

While we take care with food preparation and handling, we cannot guarantee that our products are free from allergen cross-contact.

Customers are responsible for advising us of any relevant allergies or dietary requirements before placing an order.

6. Product Information

We do our best to ensure that product descriptions, photographs, ingredients and pricing displayed on our website are accurate. However, colours, finishes and appearance may vary slightly between batches due to the handmade nature of our products.

We reserve the right to make minor changes to products where necessary, provided the product remains consistent with its description.

7. Website & Content

All content on the Likha Bakehouse website, including photographs, illustrations, branding, logos, written content and graphics, belongs to Likha Bakehouse unless otherwise stated and may not be reproduced or used without permission.

We aim to keep our website, product information and availability accurate, but we do not guarantee that the website will always be available or free from errors.

We reserve the right to correct pricing, product or website errors and to update our products, availability and information when necessary.

8. Acceptance of Terms

By placing an order with Likha Bakehouse, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.

Likha Bakehouse reserves the right to review individual circumstances and provide an appropriate solution where appropriate or required by law.
