How do I place an order?We bake in small batches each week to ensure every cookie is freshly made.
Orders open every Tuesday at 6pm and remain open until sold out or until our weekly capacity has been reached.
Simply choose your cookies, select your box size, and complete checkout through our website.
Do you offer delivery?At this stage, we are pick up only.
Pick up will be at Flagstone, QLD on Sundays between 10am - 11am.
Your pickup address and collection instructions will be provided in your order confirmation email.
What allergens do your cookies contain?Our cookies are handcrafted in a home kitchen and may contain or come in contact with allergens such as wheat (gluten), milk (dairy), eggs, soy, tree nuts (depending on seasonal flavours).
While some flavours may not intentionally contain certain allergens, all cookies are prepared using shared equipment. We cannot guarantee that any product is completely free from allergens.
If you have a food allergy or dietary concern, please contact us before placing your order and we’ll be happy to help where we can.
How should I store my cookies?Our cookies are best enjoyed fresh on the day of collection, but they’ll still taste delicious over the next few days.
Room Temperature: Store in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
Refrigerator: Store in an airtight container for up to 5 days. We recommend reheating before eating, especially our mochi-filled cookies.
How do I reheat my cookies?For the best-texture, we recommend warming your cookies before enjoying them.
Chocolate Chip & Biscoff: Microwave for 10-15 seconds.
Ube Mochi & Matcha Mochi: Microwave for 15-20 seconds.
Please note: Mochi naturally firms up when chilled. A quick warm-up will restore its soft, chewy texture.
